There is some funding available for graduate students and post-docs to help defray the cost of travel and local expenses. All other participants, please make your own reservations at one of the following hotels by the indicated cutoff date.  JAMI will gladly help arrange accommodations if you are interested in sharing room expenses with another participant, as well as for international participants if needed.  Please fill in your Planned Dates of Visit, any Special Requests (i.e. which hotel you prefer), and e-mail address.
